After the success of "Returning Princess" and other hit TV series, Ruby Lin has become the most wanted actress in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Mainland. Last year, with the release of her debut EP, the young artist also entered the Cantonese music scene. However, due to contract issues with the record company, this entry was short lived. In 2001, Ms. Lin re-enters the competition with a four-albums-in-three-years contract with BMG. Ruby is now officially the "little sister" of Andy Lau and Jordan Chan, and the proud owner of a debut Mandarin album. The title "Face2 Ruby" refers to her participation in both the acting and singing realms. 

This album was a year in the making, during which time Ruby dedicated nearly three month's time to recording. Harsh words of producer Hsueh Chung Ming drove her close to tears, but when the music video of her new song premiered on TV, old flame Jimmy Lin even called to applaud her improvements. The new album shows off the collaboration of master stylist Roger Cheng and music wizard Hsu Chang Teh, showing you a side of Ruby Lin that you have never seen or heard before. 

In the Parapa edition, Ruby attempts the most popular dance in Hong Kong, the Parapa dance. A bonus VCD is also included, which contains music videos of "In Your Arms" and "Parapa," and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of "Parapa".
