CD Description

After forming her own studio, Faye Wong took full control of her music. On this new album, she collaborated with many of the talented musicians of Asia like Wu Bai of Taiwan, Tanya Chua of Singapore and Keith Leung (a veteran of Anthony Wong's output) of Hong Kong. The Cantonese track, "Charmed," was written by boyfriend Nicholas Tse. "Fleeting Time" is a Mandarin ballad composed by Diane Chen and written by Lin Hsi, and has a typical Faye feel to it. The diva worked with "People Mountain People Sea" for the first time in "Colorblind," a song about loving blindly.

As usual, Faye is the leader of the pack in fashion. An antique shirt from 18th Century France, along with her hairstyle and light makeup make her look both classical and punk. The music videos of "Colorblind", "Fleeting Time" and "Wondering Red Dancing Shoes" are a trilogy. The story shows how a woman has cases of "deja-vu" when met with familiar scenes.

The Hong Kong edition comes with a bonus CD that contains five Cantonese tracks.
